Chai Me Syrup Organic 750ml

Chai Me Certified Organic Chai Tea Syrup is an Australian-made, cold-brewed chai concentrate, crafted in small batches using real whole spices and tea leaves.

Made with purified water, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and tea leaves, it contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. It is 100% organic, plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

Full-flavoured and quick to prepare, Chai Me is an easy way to make a consistently good chai latte, iced chai or dirty chai at home, in the office or in a café. Simply add to your choice of milk and enjoy hot or cold.

Cafés have used Chai Me for more than 15 years, and it’s designed to be simple and consistent for baristas while remaining easy to use at home.

A 750 ml bottle makes approximately 30–50 serves, depending on your preferred strength and drink size.

Espresso machine tip: After steaming milk, always wipe the steam wand immediately with a clean damp cloth and purge the wand to clear any milk or chocolate residue.

Simple Chai Recipes

Three easy ways to enjoy your chai syrup, hot, iced or with a shot of espresso.

Hot Chai Latte – 8 oz / 240 ml

• Add 20–30 ml chai syrup to a cup.
• Steam approximately 200 ml milk or alternative milk of choice using your espresso machine.
• Pour over the chai syrup and stir.
• Alternatively, steam the chai syrup and milk together.
• Dust with cinnamon if desired.

Iced Chai – 12 oz / 355 ml

• Fill a tall glass with ice.
• Add 30–45 ml chai syrup.
• Top with cold milk or alternative milk of choice.
• Stir and serve.

Dirty Chai – 8 oz / 240 ml

• Add 20–30 ml chai syrup to a cup.
• Add 1 shot of espresso.
• Steam approximately 170–180 ml milk or alternative milk of choice.
• Pour over and stir.

Make it your way: These quantities are a guide. Adjust the chai syrup to taste. Add more for a stronger, sweeter chai, or less for a milder flavour.
